Well there is not really that exciting of a story to us, but here we go
It all started off with Adam discovering the shoes in Sonic. H e saw the shoes and looked them up, and showed them to Sean. They were both planning on getting them, and Sean ordered them first, soon afterwards, Adam ordered his, and that is how it started.
The two had their shoes for a while, and SOAPed the occasional bench or ledge at school, but did not do any real hardcore SOAPing. Some advances were made, but not large ones. Not quite a year later the two were in summer school English. The two were almost obsessed it seemed with the shoes, and convinced another person to get the shoes. K.C. They SOAPed some, and beat the crap out of each other with funoodles, and just clowned around. K.C. never really went anywhere with the two of them, and they used the term team VERY loosely. Adam and Sean made a few trips downtown and found one rail they liked and did it a lot. They went on the canal mostly. Hence the name, Canal SOAPing Penguins. So then a while later they went around and SOAPed some, and people began talking about getting shoes, and then there was an outbreak. Out of nowhere, the fourth member of the team got his own shoes. Anthony Begley. Right afterwards, Steven bought his, and by that time, it was time for Dan's birthday. He was bought a pair. Then all of a sudden it was David's birthday, and Steven bought him a pair. Shae then decided she needed a pair. Nick started out by borrowing, and then ended up with his own. So going from two or three members to a large team that slowly started doing things together. They then began evolving into a full fledged SOAP team. They began going on outing every Saturday, and so it goes now. The team got a website, and a forum to broaden their efforts, and continue to grind the world... one rail at a time.
